As Eldon may have advised you previously, this is not a straightforward process and the FCA will wish to satisfy themselves regarding the credentials, regulatory status, and operationalapabilities of all parties involved, including Nehanki Limited and Drona Advisory Services Limited. It is essential that the FCA is provided with all necessary information to ensure compliance with UK regulations, and that the Fund's marketing strategy is fully transparent and aligned with FCA requirements.

Roli Saxena is the founder and CEO of Drona Capital.
Prior to investment management, she has had 15 years of international business experience in the Oil and Gas, Technology, IT Sourcing, BPO Operations and Education sectors across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Roli was the first and only woman to manage country operations in Bahrain for Compaq. Roli has also been Head of PC business unit for Compaq in the Philippines, and her contribution was instrumental to raising sales significantly.
Roli holds the IMC (investment management certificate) from the CFA Society UK as well as Corporate Finance accreditation from the London Business School. Roli graduated from Punjab Engineering College in 1991 with a Gold Medal and First Class (Hon) degree in Engineering.
She is passionate about education, employment and social mobility in India; in the past three years she has sponsored English teaching and the provision of library books in three government schools. She was in the grants committee of Social Venture Partners' in Bangalore. Roli is a proud mother of three children, and currently resides in London.

With over 12 years of experience, Shrey progressed from an individual investor to heading investments for his family office, focusing on Indian equities — especially small-cap emerging moats. Several of his investments have grown into prominent mid-caps.
Previously, he worked as a Research Analyst at Valuepickr Research & Analytics and served as Head of Learning & Development at Visible Alpha (now part of S&P Global). He also mentors businesses, professionals, and students in strategy, investments, leadership, and career development.
Shrey is a CFA charterholder, holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Securities Markets from NISM, Mumbai, and a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from SRM University.
He is passionate about career alignment, captured in his Amazon Bestseller book, Chanakya: The Career Sarthi. Shrey also actively supports animal welfare.
